Mighty Mites Forget They’re Playing Football to Hit the Whip [VIDEO]

Anyone who's ever experienced a noon training session with me at Maximum Performance knows that this is so me. You know how it is, when your favorite jam comes on and you just have to stop what you're doing and drop it like it's hot. It happens to me every session; sometimes I just need to dance.

These tiny football players are totally picking up what I'm putting down. Silento's "Watch Me" came on and half of them forgot that they were even playing the game. Watch as half the field becomes dancers and the others just keep playing.

I'm not referee but I call a flag on the play. Illegal motion on the defense. Only one player is allowed to whip or nae nae at a time. 10 yard penalty, automatic first down.

I think it's safe to say that everybody is a winner in this game.
