Have you seen this girl?  17-year-old Kianna Galvin has been missing since the Friday before Mother's Day and there's a possibility that she could be in the Rockford area.

Kianna's mother, Fiona Galvin, told The Daily Herald that she went missing under very suspicious circumstances. Kianna told her sister she was going to the park and would be home in a few hours, however, she did something that no teen would ever do- she left without her purse, wallet and phone charger.

Kianna does have a prepaid cell phone but the cellphone company has no record of her using the phone after 2 p.m. on Friday.

What's even more unusual is that her friends have no clue where she is. How many teenagers do you know can stay away from their cell phone, Facebook and Snapchat for longer than a day? Somewhere, someone has to know something.

Kianna's dad and stepmother live here in Rockford and she visits frequently. It's quite possible that she could be in the area.  She's described as 5'6", 146 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes and she has a tattoo on her left wrist.

If you've seen Kianna or have any information on her whereabouts, please contact the South Elgin Police at (847) 741-2151.
