More Beauty is On its Way to Highway 173 Shopping Corridor

To be happy in this life you must never miss the small joys. This just happened to excite me this weekend a little bit more than normal.

For those that live in Machesney Park, Roscoe, Rockton and South Beloit area, the rapid development on Highway 173 (aka West Lane Rd.) has made life more convenient in many ways. There are many stores and restaurants that were a welcomed sight, so we'd no longer have to drive all the way to State. St. in Rockford.

It just so happened that I had a very necessary purchase to make this weekend and I had to drive from Roscoe all the way to State St. to make it. On my way back to Roscoe, i had to stop at Rue 21 to look for something for my daughter, and that's when I spotted an area store that will be opening a second location in this shopping center on 173.

From my home, Ulta Beauty is closer that going to the mall, and this location couldn't be in a better location for me. There really is only one aisle for men in here but it's a great aisle. And this is my current favorite fragrance.
