If your a fan of the show Stranger Things and thought about visiting the pop up bar in Chicago, you better do it now.

Netflix says no to extending it's run.

DNAInfo reports that the Logan Square bar that was hopping to extend their 6-week run at 2367 N. Milwaukee Ave.

However, the Netflix suits and ties legal team say no to continuing it's opening.

In fact they sent a cute but quirky letter explaining their reasoning:

"Look, I don’t want you to think I’m a total wastoid, and I love how much you guys love the show. (Just wait until you see Season 2!) But unless I’m living in the Upside Down, I don’t think we did a deal with you for this pop-up," the letter reads. You’re obviously creative types, so I’m sure you can appreciate that it’s important to us to have a say in how our fans encounter the worlds we build."....The letter goes on, saying, "We’re not going to go full Dr. Brenner on you, but we ask that you please (1) not extend the pop-up beyond its 6 week run ending in September, and (2) reach out to us for permission if you plan to do something like this again."

Hmm... after reading that it makes me think they did this without permission in the first place. ???

Jared Saul the manager of the pop up hope was that the bar could remain open up to the show's second season premier on October 27th.

Since Netflix put the kabosh on extending their opening, you still have time to go. It's not a long time though. You have two weeks to go as the last day will be October 1st.
