You could throw an actual bottle opener in your purse, or you can just use one of these 11 things that are probably already in your purse to get the job done.

I don't actually drink beer, but I know plenty of people who do. Ok, everyone I know drinks beer, just not me, so I would probably never have a bottle opener in my purse.

But. I always have a nail file, mascara, chapstick, keys and a phone charger on me.

Turns out, I can use all of those things to open a bottle, and in some cases it might be easier than an actual bottle opener.

Moral of the story, don't clean out your purse.
