New Attractions Coming to ‘Stroll on State’

I know it's Halloween, but can we take a moment to talk about Christmas? I'm picturing it now, dazzling lights, arctic white snow blanketing State Street, the scent of evergreen filling the crisp, winter air, and carolers parading through the streets of downtown; it's quite the sight so far, isn't it?

Imagine all of that and more at this year's Stroll on State. According to WIFR, the RACVB wants to make it even bigger and better than last years by adding some new attractions. Rockford City Hall will be turned into the "Twas the Night Before Christmas" headquarters and there will also be a Hot Chocolate Express.
