Noah’s Ark In Rockford Searching For Answers After Cat Left Overnight Dies

An awful scene this morning for employees at Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary in Rockford.

According to their Facebook page, an unidentified couple dropped off two cats at the back entrance. The cats were in a travel kennel.

The rain last night left standing water in the crate and when employees arrived this morning, they found that one of them had died.

Noah's Ark believes the cat "was alive when it was dropped off."
