One Of The Nation’s Top Vacation Spots Is In Downtown Rockford

A publication that reviews vacations spots for families, has scored one of Rockford's greatest treasures as one of the best destinations.

Family Vacation Critic just released their list of the 15 Best Museums For Toddlers and Rockford's Discovery Center Museum came in at #8 on the list. The website made mention of the over 200 hands-on science based exhibits.

Another Illinois museum made the lists well, the Kohl Children's Museum in Glenview.

The nearly half a million square foot Children's Museum of Indianapolis topped Family Vacation Critic's list.
