I hate to break it to you, but when it comes to weight-loss, the one thing I've learned in my own personal fitness journey the last two years is that following a meal plan (I hate the word diet) is the hardest part of dropping those unwanted pounds.

You've heard it before, losing weight is 80% food, 20% exercise, abs are made in the kitchen, blah blah blah, but it's true; it's all about calorie deficit and finding a perfect balance of healthy and not-so-healthy foods that works for you.
