Owners of 'Today's Best' award-winner, Rookie's Pub & Grill in Rockton, just opened a new spot in Roscoe with amazing food and an enormous beer selection.

Beer fans are rejoicing over Louie's Tap House at 5689 Elevator Rd. in Roscoe, Illinois. While Louie's serves breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week, it's the beer that has everyone so excited as Spring approaches. Take a look at this beer menu, it's unreal.

If you're not a big beer fan, no worries, the menu at Louie's is not your average greasy bar food. Good lord, I feel a food coma coming.

• Tator Tot nachos with an aged cheddar fondue and chorizo
• Smoked Salmon salad with garden greens, arugula, cucumber, bacon lardons, toasted hazelnut, goat cheese, honey dijon vinaigrette
