Call me old fashioned, but if and when I have another child, I plan on doing what people back in the day used to do- name him or her after a loved one, a popular Disney character or just comb through a baby name book for one that I really liked. Do those even exist anymore? Probably not.

Not when you have Instagram, which is now inspiring a new wave of baby names; which sure it's a crazy concept but I guess the names aren't all that bad. It's not like anyone is naming their baby Lo-Fi or Earlybird. For boys, Lux and Ludwig are the most popular and for girls, Valencia, Willow and Juno were the top choices.

Personally, if I had to pick an Instagram filter for my child's name, my son would be Brannan and my daughter would be Sierra. Seems pretty appropriate considering that their two of my favorite filters.

Would you consider using naming your new bundle of joy after an Instagram filter?
