Please Teach Me: How To Defend Yourself

It's never a bad idea to learn some self-defense!

While I obviously hope to never have to use any of these self-defense moves, you never know when you might need them.

Ladies, you can never be prepared enough, which is why the Rockford Police Department is hosting free self-defense classes starting tomorrow at the District 2 Police Department.

I was lucky enough to get a sneak preview of the class with Gabe from the Rockford Police Department.

Spin your arms, yell obscenities and use your elbows. But really watch the video to get Gabe's instructions on what to do if you're ever being attacked.
