Please Teach Me: How To Make the Perfect Pie Crust

Pies are the perfect summer dessert, and the most important part, is the crust.

I've probably made hundreds of dozens of cookies in my life, maybe thirty cakes, but I've only made a pie once because pies are hard!

Or at least I thought they were hard until I spent some time with Kate at Kate's Pie Shop.

Not only did Kate give me tips for mixing and shaping my pie crust, she also told me about the vodka secret.

Vodka secrets are usually good ones, and Kate's was pretty great.

So grab your vodka and let's make some pies for the 4th of July!
