Popular Rockford Restaurant To Be Featured on Chicago TV Show

One of Rockford's most popular Italian restaurants will be hitting the small screen this August.

Watching food on TV is a magical experience. You get to live vicariously through the person who gets to eat that luscious burger or giant serving of saucy noodles.

There's something a little more special about watching food on TV that you can actually go eat right in your neighborhood.

The Chicago TV show, Chicago's Best, brings that idea to life on Sunday nights, but on August 21, they are going a little West of Chicago and they'll be showing off one of Rockford's finest, Lino's!

While the episode won't air for a few weeks, the episode was actually shot yesterday, with one of the show's hosts, Elliott Bambrough.

We can see from the photo, that there will be pizza, but we can't wait to see what other Lino's specialties will be a part of the Chicago's Best episode. Time to set those DVRs.
