In the race for the White House, it seems as though there are three groups. You like Hillary, you like Donald, or you despise them both.

No matter which group you are in, I'm sure you're sick of your Facebook newsfeed being filled with people's opinions about this election. Well you are not alone.

This campaign has caused a significant rise in unfriending on Facebook. The social media site says there has been an estimated 4 billion posts on Facebook this year regarding the election. And it's causing a lot of controversy, according to wrex.com.

Now I don't take these political posts to seriously. I know that not all of my Facebook friends are going to share my opinion on this election, and that's ok. In fact, if we all had the same opinion on things, life would be pretty boring. There would be nothing to talk about. But people, let's just respectful of our friend's opinions. There are nice ways to have a debate.

This is my advice to you. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. Unless you're prepared to lose some friends over it. And for those of you posting these political opinions, well, be prepared to hear a lot of other people's opinions. And if that's not something you're ready for, then think twice next time before posting.
