Rockford Guy Gets More than He Bargained for When Selling TV on Facebook

Who did some spring cleaning this past weekend?

I've been begging Jason, my boyfriend, to get rid of this eye sore of a TV that's been taking up space in our spare room for over a year; and after months of nagging, pleading and bruised hips from all the times I'd bump into it in the middle of the night, he finally put it up for sale on Facebook's "Buy/Sell/Trade" on Sunday.

Within a matter of minutes he was already getting responses, but he was perplexed and a little annoyed. He was getting likes and comments but no one was interested in the TV.

That's when he realized that he didn't quite pay attention to the photo before he posted it and pointed out that you could see his reflection in the television; which explains all the excitement.

Unfortunately for the lady interested in "the man on the screen," she didn't get the TV, but a deserving Rockford family got it yesterday; free of charge.
