If you thought Pilates was all about stretching, think again, it's hard work and gets even harder with Pilates reformers.

A few weeks ago, Keisha co-hosted the Retro Lunch with me representing Club Pilates and after talking about all of the great benefits from using the reformer machines, I knew I had to try it.

Keisha showed me how different Pilates can be when you use the reformer machines, and my abs are still killing me.

It was an amazing workout and I know I will be back to try it again!
