Rockford Tattoo Shop Stepping Up for Underprivileged Kids This Halloween

Halloween is for kids, and sadly, many kids in the Rockford area will not be able to participate in the spooky fun because spending money on a costume is not a luxury their family can afford. Thankfully the folks at Delicious Ink Tattoo Parlour at 2310 Charles St. get that, and have decided to offer up a "costume" for free this Halloween.
