Rockford Teen Uses Baseball Bat to Rescue Two Men Trapped in Semi

18-year-old Reed Butz was on I90 during Wednesday night's storm when a semi rolled over. His quick thinking helped save two men trapped inside.

Reed and his mom were driving in the middle of that awful storm this week when they drove up on a semi that had rolled over into two lanes in Interstate 90, according to wifr.com.

They discovered the accident before first responders had arrived and the men were trapped in the cab. Not wanting to just pass them by and not help, Redd jumped out of the car, saw what needed to be done to free the men and grabbed his baseball bat. Reed bashed that windshield with everything he had, over 20 times, until the men were able to climb out.
