The holidays can be an extremely hard time of year for a lot of families and for a multitude of reasons; maybe it's financial, or professional and for others, they might be going through something extremely personal like losing a loved one.

It's one of the hardest things a parent would ever have to go through, something that a parent never should have to go through, but sometimes God has other plans when he takes away a child. It something moms and dads who've suffered this loss will never get over and during the holidays, it's especially hard because things will never be the same. There will always be that empty seat at the dinner table and the absent sound of their laughter and in this case, maybe some coos and cries.

Caleb Sigmon, a Santa at a Georgia mall, helped fulfill a father's wish by posing with a photo of his infant son who died of a heart defect. Sigmon shared the photo on his Facebook page, telling the story of Kyle Daniel and his special request.

This is one amazing Santa. Portraying Santa has its difficult moments and Sigmon handled it so well. Thanks for keeping the spirit of Christmas alive for all those that you meet.
