Shocking Overhead Photos of Rock River Flooding

Seeing the flooding from the ground doesn't really show you the scope of just how big of a nightmare this flooding has become.

For the last three years I've lived just off Roscoe Road. Over those years, I've seen the water reach the shoulder of the road, but never reaching across the road and forcing a closure.

To give you an idea of how far the water has reached, the part circled in green, is where the river usually is. (Thank you Cara Renee).

Aerial One Imaging also took photos of the flooding at Rockton's Settler's Park.
