‘Star Wars: Episode VII’ Cast Announced

I grew up with Star Wars. Episodes IV,V & VI were some of my favorite movies as a young kid.

I saw the prequels too. After having seen them I was glad to hear that George Lucas sold the rights to the Star Wars franchise 2012.

Disney bought the Star Wars franchise for a cool $4.05 billion. Immediately afterward, they announced they were going to make Star Wars episode VII, VIII & IX.

Lucasfilm announced the cast for the episode VII today.

Actors John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, and Max von Sydow will join the original stars of the saga, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker in the new film."

Star Wars Episode VII will hit theaters on December 18th, 2015.
