Sometimes you have a plan... sit outside, write a check to alas.org, make a difference and move on. The problem comes when you tell the wrong person about your plan.
I spent 2 days living inside a 5000 pound block of ice many years ago and I didn't want to experience that extreme cold again. Chris, owner of Kryptonite Bar, nominated me at the last Main Street District party along with Mayor Morrissey and John Groh CEO of Rockford Area Convention and Visitors Bureau.
