Take a Ride on Illinois’ Taco Trail from South Beloit to Carbondale

I'll go just about anywhere to eat some tacos. This trail through the Land of Lincoln would make for one very delicious, taco binging road trip.

This fabulous taco trip that my taco compadres at onlyinyourstate.com put together starts in Geneva and will take you all the way downstate to Carbondale. But why wait until you get to Geneva to eat your first taco, when you can start 68 miles north of there and kick things off at the state line.
