Teacher of the Week: Mrs. Pearson from St. Bridget School

Congratulations to our newest 'Teacher of the Week,' Mrs. Pearson from St. Bridget School.

Mrs. Pearson got hooked up with cupcakes from Sugarjones, flowers from Broadway Florists, and $50 in services from Xeno Salon & Spa.

The winning nomination came from Kenny Kirnberger, Kenny writes:

"Mrs. Pearson is my music teacher and I think she is amazing. I've always had an interest in playing the piano but haven't had anyone to push me to learn. She didn't just push me to learn, she taught me. I haven't had any lessons from a piano teacher other than her and I'm playing one of my favorite songs in the school talent show, thanks to her.

She always lets us come in and play the piano or just hang out. She plans these amazing school events like winter and spring programs, and integrates all of the students in some awesome part. For the spring program we are doing bucket drumming, and I am also playing piano along with another girl who is playing guitar.

She is an all-around amazing teacher and she always puts 110% in whatever she does. I just wish I had some way to thank her, and I think this would be the best way to do it. Thank you."
