Teacher of the Week: Ms. St. Angel from Welsh Elementary School

Congrats to 97ZOK’s new Teacher of the Week, Ms. St. Angel from Welsh Elementary School.

Ms. Saint Angel scored delicious cupcakes from Sugar Jones and beautiful flowers from Broadway Florist.

The winning nomination came from Amaya Leon. Amaya tells 97ZOK:

My art teacher Ms. St. Angel is awesome and sweet. She plans super cool things for us to draw. Like one time we made an optical illusion. My class is her favorite and she even told us herself. But shhhhhh it’s a secret. She should also win because she doesn't treat the kids in my school like a regular student she treats them as if we are her own kids.

Ms. St. Angel is the coolest teacher I have met. I think all the kids in my class would agree with me. She also told us that before school started and the teachers were assigning the schedule for class we would only see her once a week but she wanted to change that so we get to see her twice a week. Ms. St. Angel is a great teacher and anyone would be lucky to have her as an art teacher. This is why I think my art teacher Ms. St. Angel deserves to win!"
