Terrifying Video Of Illinois Tornado Will Make You Run For Cover

A tornado that touched down in LaSalle County last night was caught on tape, and it's pretty scary stuff.

According to Fox 6, "At least one person was killed when a tornado spawned by a late-winter storm system swept through the central Illinois city of Ottawa Tuesday, February 28th."

The tornado yielded some incredible video like one from Greg Belt on Vimeo. While watching, I thought it was incredible Belt was just sitting there videoing the whole thing. Personally, I would have thrown my car in reverse and got out of there. A few seconds later, Belt did the smart thing, and started driving in reverse away from the tornado.

Other videos on Facebook from Sunna Brown showed just how massive the tornado was yesterday afternoon.

Season Chandler on Facebook shared some incredible video after the storm had ripped through Ottawa.
