The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train will once again be making its way through Illinois and Wisconsin in hopes of raising spirits during the holiday season.

But, according to CPR.CA the Holiday Train "raised more than spirits across North America" last year "with donations of $1.2 million and 250,000 pounds of food."

Bill Watson, Canadian Pacific Holiday Train

We're sure Canadian Pacific will be looking to top last year's donations. The Holiday Train will make one stop in Illinois this year, in Gurnee on December 2, at 3:50 p.m 4460 Old Grand Avenue, Viking Middle School park.

The Holiday Train will then embark on a two-day ride through Wisconsin with stops in:

  • Milwaukee (12/2)
  • Wauwatosa (12/3)
  • Hartland (12/3)
  • Oconomowoc (12/3)
  • Watertown (12/3)
  • Columbus (12/3)
  • Portage (12/4)
  • Wisconsin Dells (12/4)
  • Mauston (12/4)
  • Tomah (12/4)
  • Sparta (12/4)
