Every year I argue with my dad about how to carve a turkey.

He gets our his electric knife from before I was born and starts hacking at it.

So this year, I decided I would make sure to get an awesome turkey carving lesson before Thanksgiving so that I could perfect the carve.

I took a trip to Main Street Meat Company where Matt told me exactly how to carve the perfect turkey.

It really doesn't even look that hard, right?
