This is quite possibly the best, most motivational post-game speech you'll see in your lifetime. His team just won a close game. His speech starts about the game but quickly gets much deeper.

His name is Apollos Hester (no relation as far as I know) and he's a running back for the Texas high School East View Patriots. His team just narrowly beat Vandergrift 42-41 and his take on the game was refreshingly positive.
