If you've been driving down E State in Rockford lately, you've seen the Portillo's sign, and you've drooled. We're counting down the days over here until our lunches are filled with chocolate cake shakes and cheese fries.

Sure, you might want a hot dog or a beef sandwich too, but I'll stick with all the cheesy chocolate carbs.
