A viral video featuring a teen's arrest outside of a mall in Madison has sparked protests from upset citizens.

18-year-old Genele Laird was arrested outside of the East Towne Mall in Madison on Tuesday afternoon after "Laird allegedly confronted an employee at Taco Bell, claiming her phone had been stolen. They say she then showed a knife and threatened the employee." says CBS 58.

Laird's arrest was caught on video showing her get kneed, tasered, and punched. The video was posted to Facebook and went viral.

According to NBC 15, the video has since been removed from Facebook.

However, the video has been uploaded to YouTube. The NSFW video has plenty of profanity and is quite graphic.

WKOW says protesters arrived at Madison Public Safety Building last night and "held a banner that said 'Hands Off Black Women'."
