Doctors want to put a time limit on you wearing your flip-flops.

I think this is bogus.

We spend a lot of time in flip-flops in the summer. I mean, aside from running or workout walking, I wear open-toed shoes pretty much whenever there isn't snow on the ground.

Apparently I'm wearing flip-flops for way longer than I'm supposed to.

According to this article from ABC 7, we should limit ourselves to thirty minutes a day or less each day. Thirty minutes? What?

Turns out, our feet aren't protected and our legs are having a tough time dealing with the flat shoes.

I will keep wearing my flops all day everyday, BUT... I will remember this information any time I see a guy wear flip-flops outside the pool. Boys, cover up those toes, or at least wear some sort of sandals, ok?
