You meet someone, you fall in love, get engaged, get married and go on a honeymoon... a vacation to celebrate your love and get away from your friends and family after your stressful wedding planning.

But, did you know the original reason why we call it a honeymoon actually has to do with drinking honey?

According to Ranker, the honeymoon label is all about a honey flavored drink, newlyweds drank for a full month... a moon.
