A video has gone viral showing a tailgating Wisconsin driver getting "brake checked" then crashing his car shortly after.

The one minute video has nearly three million views at the moment on YouTube and while it appears to be just an innocent dash cam video things go sideways pretty quickly.

At the :30 mark of the video the offending driver pushes the car's break pedal causing the tailgater to swerve and lose control of his own car and crash in the middle of the highway.

According to NBC 26, "Fox Valley Metro police said there were no injuries and are still working to identify the car in front."

The question here is, who is at fault? Obvious choice would be the "brake tapper." Others could say it was the "tailgater." In this instance maybe they both are.

According to WKOW, "Police say the driver who crashed was cited."

The story also mentions they have yet to find the driver "who tapped the brakes."
