Wisconsin Woman Assaults DJ Over Song Selections

If Ron Burgundy were at this 30th birthday party in Madison last week I can only imagine that he'd have only one thing to say- "wow, that escalated quickly."

We've all been there- at a party, bar or wedding reception and the music that the DJ is playing is god awful, but most of us would choose to either leave the room and head to the bar for a drink, step outside for a smoke or simply make a request.

Not this 34-year-old woman who was so upset over the DJ's song selections that she destroyed all of his equipment and then proceeded to punch him, repeatedly, in the head.  The DJ has no idea what he played to make her so mad but he called 911.

The other people attending the party at Brocash Irish Pub consoled him and made sure he had whatever he needed as a means to show him how sorry they were for the entire incident.

As of Friday, the woman who assaulted the DJ is still at large and is facing several tentative charges.
