Woman Interrupts Reporter; Disapproves of Flooded Neighborhood [NSFW VIDEO]

The Memphis area was under a flash flood watch this morning as rain in the area produced up to 5 to 7 inches of rain. One woman was a upset about how often it floods in her neighborhood so she did something about it.

When the local news station took to the streets of Memphis to report on the events of the flash flood, there was a surprise correspondent with her take on the flood.

Grrrrreat. Kind of love the reaction from the people off screen. You can hear an audible gasp and laugh.

I mean the lady's neighborhood has flooded five times. She has a right to be angry.
