If you love margaritas and feeling like the coolest person in the room, you need to make a quick trip down I-90 for the most amazing rita in the world.

Ok, so I haven't had every single margarita in the world, but I have had more than my share and this weekend I had the most amazing and literally the 'coolest' ever at Uncle Julio's in Schaumburg.

I'm a big fan of Uncle Julio's because of their table side guacamole and margaritas but this weekend, my fandom grew even larger after I had the -321 margarita.

Are you ready for this?

The -321 margarita is only served between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m., they make it table side with liquid nitrogen, tequila, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries and it is quite the spectacle.

It's a little pricey... $15.99 for one drink, but if you are meeting a friend for just one drink like I was, it was worth it.

You can also order a non-alcoholic version which would be pretty fun for a kid's birthday party or a pregnant lady who misses really good margs, and you can also ask for more smoking puffs, which I think tasted good but I don't think you'd need another one for $2 more.

The closest Uncle Julio's to Rockford is also the newest, at Woodfield Mall next to the Cheesecake Factory, but there are locations in Vernon Hills, Naperville, Lombard and Chicago.

If you ever try it, let me know what you think!
