What do award shows, debates, late night talk shows and the Cubs playoff games have in common? They're all things that morning radio personalities miss out on because they're on so dang late.  Don't get me wrong, staying up until 2 am to see the Cubbies make the Giants feel two feet tall wouldn't be so bad if my alarm didn't go off an hour and a half later.

Lilly Klosowski probably wouldn't mind it either, if she wasn't 8 years old and had to be in bed by 8. According to WGN, Lilly was so disappointed that she couldn't see one of the playoff games this week that she decided to take matters into her own hands and request that the game times be pushed up a little earlier in a letter to MLB Commissioner, Rob Manfred.

Can't read it? Here's what it says:

“I really love watching the Cubs games. But I have to go to bed at 7:30 or 8:00. Could you please put some of the Cubs games on at later than 4:00 or earlier than 7:00? Thanks!”

It's probably safe to say that the games won't get moved up but we appreciate Lilly for looking out for all of us who have an early bed time. Thanks, Lilly.
