Jimmy Butler played his entire NBA career with the Chicago Bulls, but last month he was traded to Minnesota. Since he's leaving Chicago, he decided to leave his house behind too.

And my goodness is it A HOUSE?  Listed on Dream Town yesterday, Butler's River North palace located at 456 West Huron in Chicago is going for $5M. The mansion includes 6 bathrooms, 4.3 baths as well as "a 750 bottle wine cellar, a gorgeous recreation room with full bar, elevator, custom staircase, and 3 car attached garage."

Sounds incredible, but how do you get 4.3 baths? What's missing?

Anyway, Curbed Chicago says Butler "paid $4.3 million for the house in September 2015" and it also includes "a rec room complete with a bar and billiards, and multiple outdoor deck spaces."

Dream Town also says, the average sale price for homes sold in River North is $250K. Just to further understand how incredible Butler's place is, if you were to buy the house, the monthly mortgage payment would be "as low as" $19,097.

Save your money because if you can afford to buy Butler's mansion, you should also consider hiring your own butler to help take care of the place.
