Teacher Of The Week: Ms. Meiers From Windsor Elementary

A brand new Teacher of the Week was announced on the Steve Shannon Show this morning.

Congrats to Ms. Meiers from Windsor Elementary. Meiers wins flowers from Broadway Florist and a bundt cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes.

She was nominated by her student Addan Rockwell.

Rockwell says:

"Addan says that his teacher deserves to be teacher of the year, not just teacher of the week. She makes learning very fun and exciting, but also knows how to keep us under control. She loves to learn about each of the students and takes time with each and every one of them personally, she even takes time out of her personal schedule and attends the kids' extracurricular activities.

Addan is especially excited because she will be coming to watch his football game. Addan looks forward to a new exploration each and every day with Ms.Meiers. He is doing fabulous in her class and we can’t thank her enough. Addan says he can’t think of anyone more deserving then Ms.Meiers at Windsor.
