If there's any reason why people keep coming back to a certain business or restaurant it's usually because of the customer service.

I've been to plenty of places where the food was fine, but the service was booty so I went elsewhere.

I'm not alone either. Plenty of people are usually OK with mediocre offerings if they know they are going to be taken care of in the process.

Luckily for Portillo's, 6090 East State Street, the food is good and apparently so is the service.

It's the little things that go a long way and for this mom and son duo, they'll likely never forget the experience.
