New Restaurant Opens In Willis Tower

Willis Tower is a top stop for people coming to Chicago. Now, there's another reason to check it out. That's a truly unique dining experience. The Fifty/50 Restaurant Group just opened Kindling Downtown Cookout & Cocktails this month. It's 17,000 square feet and takes up two floors. The capacity is 500 diners. They are proud to feature the largest live-fire grills in the Windy City. It's designed like nothing else in Illinois. There will be an outdoor terrace opening once the weather gets better.

A new establishment from The Fifty/50 Restaurant Group, Kindling | Downtown Cookout & Cocktails is coming to Willis Tower in January 2023.

 

Situated at the corner of Franklin and Adams, the 17,000 SF space will boast a live fire show kitchen, wood-fired plates, and tasty cocktails in the heart of downtown Chicago.
