Parts of Wisconsin found themselves buried in over a foot of snow this weekend. Looks like they caught the wrath of this latest storm that left us with a little of everything. WeAreGreenBay

What is the world would you call this weekend weather for us?

Overnight into Saturday the Rockford area received a decent amount of the white stuff...By midday a a bunch of it was gone and the streets were cleared. Then came giant snowflakes for hours that amounted in basically nothing. Sunday morning it was a sleet/rain/snow "here have what's left on the shelf" wintery mix. Hopefully the cabinets are now bare for Mother Nature and we can finally move on from this winter thing.

Mother Nature apparently like us more than Wisconsin.

The "Severe Winter Storm" apparently went north of us, as parts of Northern and North Eastern Wisconsin got dumped on, huge! On Saturday afternoon Menasha, Wisconsin received nearly 20″ of snow. There were some other funny named towns that I've never heard of that got a heavy winter blast as well, including Neenah with 17.5, and De Pere, WI registered 14.5 inches of powder. I imagine those towns use snowmobiles and dog sleds to get kids to school and people to work on a normal basis anyway.

The week ahead.

We will have temps in the 50's and even 60's later this week, finally. This will lead to some pretty good rainfall as well. Hopefully we shoveled and plowed for the final time.
