When you live and play in a state that consistently ranks in the top 5 for most brutal winter weather in the United States, you not only have to embrace the cold but find ways to have fun in those freezing temps.

If you're looking for something to do and not add stress to your budget, Wisconsin offers never-ending adventures and activities that cost you absolutely nothing, except for the fuel that will be used to travel there.

But if you fill up your tank in America's Dairyland, the price per gallon will be significantly less than in border states.

Now it's time to get out into Wisconsin WInter and work on my wind tan, which sounds better than windburn, and check a few enjoyable activities off my list.
