Brewers Tribute Album ‘Fear the Beer’ Might Win Over Even Cubs Fans
A Wisconsin Country artist and lifelong Milwaukee Brewers fan named Nate Gibson has written an entire album that honors his favorite baseball team, and even die-hard Chicago Cubs fans should give it a listen.
Unspoken Illinois Rules
Many people would agree that living in Illinois requires adopting a few non-negotiable rules.
- No complaining about road construction, potholes, or paying state taxes. (All three of those things will never go away, and constantly complaining about them is a waste of time.)
- You can't wear a Green Bay Packers shirt in a Chicago bar. (Unless you like being picked on.)
- Putting ketchup on a hot dog is unacceptable. (Many people still do, but don't flaunt it in public.)
- You will be judged severely for rooting for any other MLB team than the Chicago Cubs. (Even if you are a Chicago White Sox fan.)
Since I’m not a die-hard fan of any sports teams except my kids’, I often get a kick out of the ridiculousness surrounding the Bears/Packers, Cubs/Brewers rivalries. People take this stuff so seriously, so Cubs fans, please allow me to apologize in advance for what I'm about to share with you.
Wisconsin Man Records Full Milwaukee Brewers Album
Cubs fan or not, you have to admit that the Milwaukee Brewers had a fantastic 2025 season. Many Brewers fans are still talking about that season, and one man named Nate Gibson felt so inspired, he wrote an entire album about it.
Here is what a couple of the songs from "Fear the Beer" sound like:
You can buy a digital copy of the album for $10 or a CD for $12 now by clicking here. I'm thinking it would be a great White Elephant gift for the Cubs fans in my life this Christmas. LOL!
