Chicago Rockford International Airport added its eighth destination, albeit temporary. At 10:20 a.m. travelers left RFD and headed to Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The flights arrive/depart on Fridays and booked roundtrips last seven or fourteen days and are booked through Apple Vacations. Passports are required and most tourists areas and hotel speak fluent English.

The destination sounds like a fabulous experience. Flyrfd.com describes Costa Rica as "a warm climate, incredible bird watching, and excellent surfing, snorkeling, and beaches." The weather during the duration of flights from Rockford is mid-80's and dry and sunny. Sign me up, let's book our trip together.
