Why eat something boring when you can order something truly outrageous?

When I take the entire state of Illinois under consideration for great steakhouses, I immediately think of Chicago.

Once you put your eyes on this 24-ounce piece of meat heaven you won't be able to focus on much else. Ok, maybe that's just me.

I'm always trying different spices, marinades, rubs, and techniques to make the perfect steak. I use butter all the time, but never butter like this.
