Stink Bugs

In a piece a few weeks back, I told you all about the varying bugs here in Illinois that are doing their level best to find a way into your house before the weather turns too cold. Some of the bugs on the list were boxelder bugs, Asian lady beetles, Western conifer seed bugs, millipedes, centipedes, sow bugs, and of course, the stink bug.

HERE THEY COME! Stink bugs have returned, crawling on your windows and walls. This year, there's a new kind of invader, causing problems inside and out.

Okay, maybe the bugs aren't quite as large as the photo might suggest, but my "How To Add Hyperbolic Photos To Your Internet Posts" handbook said that these would work.

The 2020 stick bug season is going to get real nasty. For a couple of specific reasons, we'll be dealing with two generations, instead of the usual one.

I think that may be the first headline I've ever written that actually gave me the creeps. It's not often you can work the words stink, bugs, crawl, and your house into the same sentence unless you're the subject of a TLC series.
