Surprise

I have no trouble admitting that I am, and always have been, a sucker for those videos of America's fighting men and women returning home to their families. The bigger the surprise to the families, the more I enjoy it.

Kristen Comer from Rockford wasn't expecting anything more from Zappos other than a pair of shoes. What she received was a whole lot more.

These people thought they were being served gourmet food... they kind of were, gourmet dog food.
